2. Wholesale Transactions

We operate as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier of computer accessories. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales are considered final.

3. Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be granted only in the following circumstances:

• Goods damaged during transit
• Incorrect items supplied by us
• Verified manufacturing defects

All claims are subject to inspection and approval.

4. Timeframe for Claims

Any claim must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. The claim must include:

• Order reference number
• Description of the issue
• Photographic evidence of damage or defect

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Incorrect orders placed by the customer

• Normal wear and tear
